Equivalent to

Hello, dear forum users!

I have sentences to use officially in my work.

I try to write " the certificate is equivalent to a high school".And I'm looking for formal one in an another ways . Here some sentences.



1- Can I write it like this ( considered equivalent to a high school ) I meant to start sentence with past simple as the meaning of main sentience above.
2- Also start with Adjective like this (equivalent to a high school).
3- Also write it like this (the certificate equivalent to a high school).

finally if there are any example of certificate equivalent or responding report pleas I need them.

I'm afraid I don't know what you are trying to say. A certificate cannot be equivalent to a school. Can you try to convey your message in different words?

I mean to high school certification.
full example " KSA secondary school certificate is equivalent to UEA high school certificate.
