"The Navratri is celebrated in the honour of "Sheran Wali Mata". It lasts for nine days. On the last day of Navratri you have to serve/ feed small girls. Once you have done it then it means Navratri is over."

There is a slightly amusing possible ambiguity in "You have to serve small girls". "Serve" can mean "put on a plate and give to people as food". Because it is unlikely that you are going to cook small girls and then feed them to people, it's relatively clear that you must do some kind of service for young girls but it wouldn't be impossible for someone to read it the wrong way.
