Is the following sentence grammatically correct?
"Mark is geting up, and goes inside the kitchen to answer the phone call."
1. You spelt "getting" incorrectly.
2. It's more natural to say he goes "into" the kitchen.
3. It's more natural to say he "answers the phone".
4. I don't know why you used the present continuous at the start. If the phone rang when he was already in the process of getting up/standing up, then use "Mark is getting up when the phone rings, so he goes into the kitchen to answer it".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
