voiced SH sound

at 1:42 the lady says that words ending in "SION" can be pronounced with a voiced version of the SH sound.
Words like "conclusion" and "decision".

I looked in an IPA dictionary and they just use the SH symbol (unvoiced). But when I listen to the example recording of these 2 words, they do seem to be pronounced with a voiced SH.

I know that the J sound is sort of a voiced version of the SH. But not exactly, cause the J sound is explosive (IDK what else to call it). There's a sudden release of air.

The IPA symbol of the SH is:
ʒ

and the symbol of J is
dʒ

but there's not a symbol for a voiced version of the [FONT=Arial, sans-serif]SH sound. (Yet another reason to hate IPA)

[/FONT]As natives do you acknowledge this as a new different sound? Can you tell me other examples? Is there a name or symbol to refer to this sound?

The voiced consonant you're talking about is /ʒ/. People often use zh to represent it, though that spelling doesn't occur in English.
