I was disscusing this with him on Skype and one of my friends also joined us. We were having discussion over this and he left the chat in the middle. He didn't want to discuss it."

You have failed to capitalise the language he was learning and have a misspelling and an article.

Perhaps:

My friend is taking a course in Spanish in school. We were discussing that on Skype when another friend joined the discussion. Then my friend (the Spanish student) left the discussion.
