    What is the difference between these sentences:

    You shouldn't wake her up yet.
    You are not supposed to wake her up yet.

    Must you make so much noise while I'm working?
    Do you have to make so much noise while 'm working?

    The first suggests that the speaker doesn't want the other person to wake her. In the second, the speaker doesn't take a position on the matter but says that some authority discourages it.

    There's no significant difference between the two.
