The team they were the last season

I am wondering if my sentence sounds natural. Would you please correct my mistakes?

Leicester do not look like the team they were the last season.

Could I use "as" instead of "like" in my sentence?

Leicester do not look as the team they were the last season.

One mistake corrected. You cannot use 'as' in that sentence.
