    I think it must be "Do you think you can show me around?" or "... can you show me...?"

    Yes
    or "... can you show me...?"
    No.

    You can also say ​Do you think you will be able to show me around?

    Unless it's an incorrect transcription of "y'all", which I assume would work in AmE.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    It would, in the expanding areas where we use that handy second-person plural pronoun.
