    leave doctors ways

It would be wise to leave doctors ways they could add personal touches to their treatment.

What does leave doctors ways mean in the above sentence?
    I need native speakers' help.

    Re: leave doctors ways

It would be wise to leave (for the) doctors (some) ways (in which) they could add personal touches.

It means that it would be a good idea to allow doctors to have some leeway in their treatment plans so that they can personalise them to each individual patient.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
