    ...and talking about a waste of valuable time, what about the hours ems has spent – patiently, painstakingly and sensitively trying to help you – taking the utmost care to choose her words carefully so as to avoid offending you?

    Amazingly, she even took the trouble to apologise for appearing unsympathetic when she has been anything but, and must feel deeply hurt by your remarks.

    If you are still reading this thread, you need to know that nobody else on this forum (or any others that I know of) could have come anywhere close to giving you the help you were seeking, and you will not find any better advice anywhere.
