Is it correct “Please be noted that prices of commodities have changed rapidly” or “Please note that prices of commodities have changed rapidly”? When they want to say “Please be informed that……”

you are telling the person to be noted that prices of commodities have changed rapidly. (a notice)

Please note that prices of commodities have changed rapidly.

you are telling the person to note that prices of commodities have changed rapidly. (an order)

The first sentence is not correct: Please /be attentive to/ pay attention to the fact[ you should take into consideration the fact that] the prices....

The second sentence is correct :please note [ take into consideration the fact] that the prices of commodities have changed rapidly.
