    Indentured + bonded labour

could you please explain what the following terms mean:

    1) indentured labour
    2) bonded labour

Both terms are used in a code of conduct of a company. It says that the company will not employ children, prison labour, indentured labour, bonded labour and use corporal punishment.

    Thank you very much.

    Re: Indentured + bonded labour

If you're indetured, you're contracted to someone for a period of time, like an apprentice, and if you're bonded, you could be secured through a debt that has to be paid off. (I think)
