    use of "As much as a" in a sentence

    Is use of "As much as a" in the following sentences correct? If it is not , kindly suggest ways to make it clearer.

    As much as a 14% increase in turbine power and As much as a 9% increase in turbine efficiency are achieved by optimizing the duct geometry.

    The second 'as much as' is unnecessary. If you insist on including it, the capital A is wrong.

    This increase that i say is in last point....(0.22 in x axis)...As shown in figures, in this point, this increase is maximum than to other point....Now Is the following sentences correct?

    Increases of as much as 14% in turbine power and 9% in turbine efficiency.....
