    problem with sentence meaning

    Hello!

    I have met this sentence:
" For example, the details of the Enter Order activity such as repeating the order and concluding the exchange with totals and where to drive are unimportant to the overall process."

    Source:
Processes, Systems, and Information: An Introduction to MIS, 2nd Edition
Earl McKinney, Bowling Green State University
    David M. Kroenke

The text is about the drive-through process of a fast food resteurant. I cannot understand the meaning of the phrase "concluding the exchange with totals and where to drive". Could it mean "completing the process by summing the prices of the order items and then telling the driver which direction to go in order to collect their order"?

Thank you in advance for helping me!
