    Which of the following is correct?

    He denies numbness, tingling, and pain.
    He denies numbness, tingling, or pain.

    I would use and, given that denied is an affirmative verb. If it said "He reported no...." then I would use 'or', because it sounds more logical that way, when the verb is negative.
