Question We need to go tell Lucille

I saw below sentence from a US movie. Why can the sentence use two verbs ("go" and "tell") together? Is it grammatically correct?

We need to go tell Lucille.
Is it correct if I change it as follow:
    A. We need to go telling Lucille.
    B. We need to go to tell Lucille.

Re: We need to go tell Lucille

It's correct as written. The character could also have said We need to go and tell Lucille. You can often use a bare infinitive after to go.

Neither A nor B is correct.
