The goal is for your first five minutes or so to actually be a little cold

    Hello.

The goal is for your first five minutes or so to actually be a little cold.

The meaing is, in my opinion, as follows:

You aim to stay a little cold for the first five minutes or so of your bike ride.

    Do you agree?

    Thank you.
