    This handsome or beautiful.

He is this handsome that every girl likes him.

She is this beautiful that every guy likes her.

He is this "horrible" or "ugly" that everybody gets scared of him.

    Please check.

Those sentences don't work. They would if you used 'so' instead of 'this'.

Agree. Anyway, and just to add something related to this topic, perhaps our friend tufguy got confused after having seen phrases like these:

    He is not that beautiful.
    I am not that stressed.
    I am not that desperate.
    It is not that hard.
    ...

Not the same, as "so + adjective", but very interesting as well, aren't they?

    Regards.

    Re: This handsome or beautiful.

That can also be used in the positive, very colloquially. Some sound more natural than others.

"She's that beautiful, every guy wants her."
"I'm that stressed, I feel like I'm going to explode."
"It's that hard, I'll never get it done."

Yes, also in a positive way. I used the same formula to exemplify it, not implying that it should be used precisely that negative structure.

    Re: This handsome or beautiful.

Okay we have to say "He is so handsome that every girl likes him".

"He is that handsome " or "She is that beautiful" isit also correct?

So, we can't say "He is that handsome".

Not normally. You may hear He's that handsome with "that" strongly emphasized. It means "He's extremely handsome." As a learner, you shouldn't try to use that turn of phrase.
