left nostril clogged, can't breathe, stuffy, congested

Which of the following sentences would a native speaker most likely use in a casual conversation?

    1. My left nostril is clogged.
    2. I can only breathe through my right nostril.
    3. The left side of my nose is congested.
    4. I've got a stuffy nose. Can't breathe through my left.

    Any other suggestions?

'One side of my nose is bunged up.'

I can't imagine anybody having the slightest interest which side it happens to be.
