Exclamation Present perfect vs Present perfect continuous

Hi! My doubt is how I realise when I have to use each tense. For example: when I have a text where I have to complete with differents tenses, how do I identify when to use present perfect or present perfect continouos?

Re: Present perfect vs Present perfect continuous

There is a lot of overlap between these forms- we can often use either. Could you give us some examples from your texts to look at?
