    The newly published newspaper

I am wondering if my sentence sounds natural. Would you please correct my mistakes?

The newly published newspaper ceases its print edition, but from now on it will be available online.

    Re: The newly published newspaper

I am not sure about published- I guess it means that it was set up recently, in which case something like the recently founded/set-up newspaper has ceased to publish its print edition would work for me.

    Re: The newly published newspaper

Write has ceased if it has already happened or is ceasing if it's about to happen. The simple present doesn't work.
