Hello again!
I've encountered some text about tools that I can't understand the meaning and instances:
" a 1/4" BSP female Jamec-Pem compressed air coupling (Part No: 13.0980)"
Could you please help me to translate that?

Where did you find that fragment? Which specific words do you not understand?

Hi. As I mentioned these seem technical texts about tools and I can't understand almost all the phrase! specially:
1. Does " symbol mean "inch"?
2. What does "BSP female Jamec-Pem" mean? I guess that's a special tool...
3. Does "part no" matter? I mean is it a necessary part to translate the text or not? (It's just a casual number...)

What do you mean by "seem technical texts about tools"? Clearly, you saw this exact phrase somewhere and then you either copied it down, memorised it or maybe photographed it. I ask again - where did you find it? Give us the name of the book/text and the author.

My friend, it seems that you've got angry with me because my question! I'm sorry about that. Yes, you're right, I saw this exact phrase somewhere and that was a docx file! Because I'm a translator and have to translate it to my native language not to ask about its source!
I respect your sensitivity and I hope you understand my situation and help me to translate my texts precisely...

1. Does " symbol mean "inch"? Yes
2. What does "BSP female Jamec-Pem" mean? I guess that's a special tool... Female and male are used for the endings of tools and connection- something goes into a female connection. The rest means nothing to me.
3. Does "part no" matter? I mean is it a necessary part to translate the text or not? (It's just a casual number...) no. means number- it is giving the reference number of the part

I wasn't angry. I was confused. I couldn't work out why you would be reading a text about tools if you know nothing at all about tools.

It would have been a good idea to have told us at the start that you were translating the text.

Yes, maybe it's confusing for you as a (native) English teacher, but it's not strange for a non-native person, even advanced one, to have problems with some technical and non-general texts!

I have no idea what your post means. Did you think that a question mark in an yellow circle means "Hello. I'm translating a text into English and I'd like to know if the following is correct"?

What are you going to add "if the site lets you"?

Hi;
Another phrase of the text is: "shoulder of the nylon".
Do you have any idea about it's meaning?

Hi;
Another phrase of the text is: "shoulder of the nylon".
Do you have any idea about it's meaning?

Nylon is probably modifying another word like "screw". What's the whole description?

Ask Do you have any idea about its meaning? You can only write it's when you can replace "it's" with it is or it has.

Hi.
I think this is because of misunderstanding. And this can be due to: a. language difference (barrier), b. membership difference or c. cultural difference...
Regards.

It's not a misunderstanding (due to any of those reasons) if your post wasn't grammatically correct or didn't make sense. Can you please try to use different words to rewrite post 11.

As you mentioned, it seems that refers to "nylon of the balloon filler valve".
So how we can interpret the meaning of "shoulder of the nylon"?
(And I (would?)be eager if you correct my English mistakes (Even in this sentence!)!).

We need to see the complete sentence to understand it. Nylon is an adjective modifying the word or phrase following it.

Write So how can we interpret the meaning of "shoulder of the nylon"?
