    Who(m) did Julie talk to?

    I do not know Who(m) did Julie talk to/Who(m) Julie talked to.

    Which noun clause is correct for the sentence? I think it supposed to be with did.

    Some people will insist that only Whom did Julie talk to is correct. However, few Anglophones actually use whom except when it immediately follows a preposition.

    Write I don't (or "do not") know who Julie talked to. The version with did is incorrect.
