    Use of same

    Hi,

Is use of "same" in the following sentences correct grammatically and conceptually? If it is not , kindly suggest ways to make it clearer.

Mean thickness of the investigated blades is same and also, their solidity is same because blade chord length, number of blade and radius are same in both blades.

    Re: Use of same

No that's not right. Do you mean "the same"?

"Mean thickness of the investigated blades is the same ..." The same as what? The mean (average) is one measure of all the blades together.
