As Anna was on her way out

I am wondering if my sentence sounds natural. Would you please correct my mistakes?

As Anna was on her way out, she saw the reflection of a man in the mirror on the door, and she screamed with fear.

Re: As Anna was on her way out

It's fine as it is. I would use "screamed in fear" at the end, but "with" isn't wrong.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
