    Post I have to provide hard copy and soft copy to my colleague..

    Because i need to provide my colleague the report with soft copy and hard copy(already give it to my colleague), the contents of email as below.

    Hi,XXX

    Attached is the file as requested and the hard copy also give it to you already.→ is this correct sentence?
    Please let me know if you have any questions, thanks.
