best phonetic flow or phonetically flow best

My uncle is Chinese. He had a name change last month. His last name is Pong. He wanted to change his first name to one of the three choices: Happy, Jacky and Ping. He decided to choose Ping. I am going to talk about it further below.

(*) He changed his name for two reasons. One reason is that he likes to play table tennis, also known as ping pong. The second reason is that he thinks Ping Pong phonetically flow best or have the best phonetic flow when compared with the other two names. I also think Ping sounds best among the three names because Ping and Pong produce a smooth sound when said together.

Is it understandable to say either "best phonetic flow" or "phonetically flow best" as an alternative for "sounds best"? Please help me. Thank you very much.

Re: best phonetic flow or phonetically flow best

Neither of those works. 'Sounds best' is more natural.
