i want to send an email to universty

i am graduted from a joint university i have 2 certificates 1 from my country and another from abroad, so i want to send an email to a university (not of my country) to ask them if it possible to work there or not? so could you please inform me how to write it?

Note my corrections above. You must capitalise the word "I" every time you write/type it.
