    Affidavit / Solemn affirmation help

    Hello,

I need help how to write grammatically correctly a Affidavit / Solemn affirmation.
I will print this declaration , go to mayor office for stamp and signature and then will sent declaration by mail.

The point is that i must prove presence in province of Quebec for a given period /november 2015 till now/.And that i have been all days in Quebec in this period/no absences or trips outside/

I was thinking for something like this:

    I, .....................

I solemnly affirm the following :

1.Iíve been present / I've been living ????/ in Quebec since november 2015 and I have not left the province of Quebec, even for a one day since then???

This statement will serve to ............
    Date.......
    What do you think?

Re: Affidavit / Solemn affirmation help

Unless there is a legal wording which is already used for such declarations, I would say "I confirm that I have lived in the province of Quebec continuously from November 2015 to date".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    thanks for your reply

I forgot to mention, I continue to live in province of Quebec.
I mean I arrived november 2015 ,I've never left even for 1 day,and now I continue to live in Quebec. And i'm planing to be here in the future.

Also i must prove physical presence for minimum of 183 days in calendar year 2016.That's why I want to say somehow, that i never left even for one day, since my arriving, and i have almost 334 days/without December which is due / physical presence during 2016 .Byt i dont know how

Do you think this is still OK with the situation I have described?

"I confirm that I have lived in the province of Quebec continuously from November 2015 to date".

    or maybe ?

"I confirm that I have been living in the province of Quebec continuously from November 2015 to present /day ? /"

I think you need to take legal advice on this. Anything we say is based on our knowledge of English grammar, not Canadian law. Anything we suggest will almost certainly be grammatically correct, but it may not satisfy the Canadian authorities.

Don't worry if it may satidfy authories or not.

I just need to compose grammatically correct two sentences with all that i said.

    is't grammatically correct if i wrote ?

    "
I confirm that I have been living in the province of Quebec continuously from November 2015 to present ,December 2016.I
have not left the province of Quebec since i arrived, even for a one day "
