    Which foot hurts?

Is it OK to ask someone "Which foot hurts?" when the answer is "My left foot hurts"?

    Re: Which foot hurts?

Yes. Of course, the question assumes that the questioner already knows that one foot or the other hurts. "My left foot hurts" would be an answer to "What's the matter?" or "What's wrong?" too.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
