If she wanted, she would have done it by now

Is the sentence[U]"If she wanted, she would have done it by now[U]" a mixed conditional sentence? Does the first part mean that she doesn't want?

    What does [U] mean?

Note my corrections above, and that I have changed your thread title. Titles should include some/all of the words/sentences/phrases you are querying.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Thank you very much for your corrections. I touched the letter u to underline the sentence, but I don't know why it didn't happen. By the way can we say that it is a mixed conditional?
