    buying toy was great

for example: I have bought a toy and I'm speaking about it. Instead of "The toy that I bought was great" , can I say "buying toy was great"?

    No, you can't.

You could say "Buying the toy was great".

    Re: buying toy was great

The toy bought by me was great.
    The purchased toy was great.

Are these what you're looking for?
If so, I find them very unnatural.

Note my corrections above. Make sure you use correct capitalisation and punctuation, and please don't try to make your own emoticons. If you really must use one, click on and choose an appropriate one.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
