Two gerunds in one sentence

Is it ok to use two gerunds in one sentence, especially if it's a short sentence like
"Let's continue keeping on helping people" or does it sound odd?

Edit: I just realized my example is bad because "continue" and "keeping on" mean almost the same, right?
So, maybe this one is better: "Let's consider keeping on helping people."

Let's continue helping people.

Note that a gerund is verb used as a noun.

You can do it. It won't always be pretty.

I think there is only one gerund in your sentence because the first two -ing words are participles.
