    to have sth done

I lended my book to my friend, so that she can read it.
I lended my book to my friend to have it read.

As "make" and "get" are also causative verbs, can we use "to get" or "to make" instead of "to have"?

    Good question. No, we can't.
I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.
