    Re: Promotional email

We don't "introduce" people to a vacant lot.

I am writing to let you know about the vacant lot.
I am writing to alert you to an opportunity to take over a vacant lot ...
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Promotional email

You do not "promote" a vacant lot either.
Perhaps: I am pleased to inform you that there is a vacant shop lot up for rent at XXX Shopping Mall.

Is it not abbreviated when the floor is being mentioned in an email or a letter?

    Re: Promotional email

If you're referring to "G/F", then you can use that abbreviation if you're sure that the reader is already familiar with it as an abbreviation for "Ground Floor". Be aware that "g/f", "gf", "G/F" and "GF" are also currently used as an abbreviation for "girlfriend" in textspeak/chatlish.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
