Why do you you like to wok with us? / Why would you like to work with us?

Suppose a boss and a new job seeker are having an interview:

    1. Why do you you like to wok with us?
    2. Why would you like to work with us?

I think they don't have the same meaning. What's the difference? Which is better?

The first is not correct. The job seeker does not work for the company yet.

As Piscean says, the second is correct.

The first one is a question for someone who works there now. So it's in the present tense: You work here. Why do you like it?
I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.
