Police officers and politicians are corrupt.

We say the police officers and politicians are corrupt. It is so because people are corrupt. Politicians and police officers "come out of the common people" or "come out amongst the common people.

    Please check.

Re: Police officers and politicians are courrpt.

Before we go on, please look at "courrpt", which you typed three times. It's wrong. Please edit post #1, using the correct spelling. After you do that, I will correct the title.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Ordinary people become police officers and politicians.

However, this is not the case with most politicians in the UK, and doesn't explain corruption IMO.

Politicians and police officers "come out of the common people" or "come out amongst the common people".
Tdol gave you a correct version of this in post #5.
