    Yes. You could also say:

    Even though I took the medicine my health hasn't improved.

    Why does the word "although" appear in your title?

    Note my corrections above. There should not have been a full stop after "improved" because it wasn't the end of the complete sentence. Your sentence ends after the word "correct". Leave a space after a closing quotation mark.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
