    It's quarter after two.

    2:15 PM

    What time is it?
    1. It's two fifteen.
    2. It's quarter past two.
    3. It's quarter after two.

    Hi,
    Is #3 also correct?

BrE would use 1 and 2. I believe AmE speakers might use 3 although I think they add "a" before "quarter".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: It's quarter after two.

"it's quarter after two" sounds fine to me. Some may add "a", but it's not necessary in my native AmE opinion.
