Just I want to say you 'Hi', 'Hello'

I came back from my 2 months vacation from India. And I called my client representative in Saudi Arabia. I struggled to communicate with him (underlined)

Me : Hello Sir, How are you?

Client rep : I am fine. Hi Kumar, How are you? How was your vacation? Ok, Then tell me

Me : I also fine sir. Just I want to say you ‘Hi’, ’Hello’, Just I was remembering, that’s why I called you.
( I do not have any further official matters to discuss with him)

How should I have communicated with him? Could you please guide me?

You could say I'm fine, thanks. I just wanted to say "Hi". I don't know what you mean by "Just I was remembering, that’s why I called you."

    Perhaps:

I am doing quite well. Yes, I am doing very well. I had a wonderful vacation. It was very pleasant -- very enjoyable. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

    You might add:

While my vacation was very enjoyable, I am glad to be back. I am looking forward to getting back to work.

    And:

    Thank you for asking.

My vacation was fantastic. Thank you for asking.

    See my corrections above.

    Don't put a space before a colon.
End every sentence with one, appropriate punctuation mark.
Don't put a space after an opening bracket.

Even though the exchange wasn't grammatically correct, you probably understood each other (apart from the part with "Just I was remembering" which doesn't make sense.)
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
