    SHE: Yes, i want you to be my friend
    SHE: you are my first friend otherwise <-what does it mean?

    It's not very clear. I would assume that we're talking about befriending online, but otherwise doesn't make sense to me- I think she means that if you become her friend you will be her first friend, though what she says doesn't mean that.
