    Excluded from the school.

Your child has been excluded from school for being late for one year (he was coming late for one year).

We got our child excluded from that school because we wanted him to admit in this school he is currently "at" or "attending".

    Please check.

    Re: Excluded from the school.

Do you mean that the child started school a year later than they should have done, or that they regularly arrived at school late over a period of one year?

I think you're looking for the word expelled.

I don't know what you mean by the second sentence.
    I am not a teacher.

The second sentence means that a child was studying at a school that wasn't very good or reputed. That child's parents took that child out (I don't know what is the correct way to say "took him out of school") of that school and admitted him in a reputed school.

'...we took him out of that school' is perfect.

You can also say you withdrew him from the school.

    Re: Excluded from the school.

If the child was perpetually late every day for the entire school year, then the problem might not have been with the school.

Although if the administrators allowed the student to be that late every day for a year without taking action, perhaps it was a lackluster school.
