Last night, I get back to my home at 9:00.

Is one of these three below sentences correct?

1- Last night, I get back to my home at 9:00.
2- Last night, I got home from work at 9:00.
3- Last night, I leave work to go home at 9:00.

Yes. English is similar to French in this sentence: you have to use a past tense to describe something that happened last night.
    I am not a teacher.

Your #1 and #3 are examples of what's called the Historical Present tense. It's a device used in the oral telling of stories that makes the account more compelling by bringing past events into the here and now. Not correct in written English, but allowable if one is quoting a speaker.
