Kevin, I tried to apologize! Once I was with my mother in the mall

    Hello.

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"Kevin, I tried to apologize! Once I was with my mother in the mall. You were at the music store with your father. I look directly into your eyes. On another occasion, I come close to you and stared into your eyes a few seconds. I didn't insist because I didn't know you well. I didn`t knew how you might react."

    Thanks.
