I hate how so many people body shame mothers - 2

    Hello!

People have written supportive comments to tell her she did the right thing.

One person wrote: "You look damn good for having a baby 4 months ago. I hate how so many people body-shame mothers. We literally have done the most amazing thing.

Shouldn't the sentence "I hate how so many people body-shame mothers" be expressed as "I hate it when so many people body-shame mothers" or "I hate so many people to body-shame mothers" or "I hate so many people body-shaming mothers"?

    Thank you.

It could (not "should") be expressed with your first variation. The second is ungrammatical and the third doesn't mean the same thing.
    I am not a teacher.
