If somebody touches my articles without my permission and I do not want that person to touch my articles then obviously I will say this to that person.

If someone touches your stuff without your permission, you only need to know what to say directly to that person. I suggest "Please don't touch that". It's unlikely that you will need to relate the story to anyone else later, nor can I imagine you needing to relate a story about two other people having the same experience.
