How much amount did you top-up your mobile with?

How much amount did you top-up your mobile with? How much amount's coupon did you top-up your mobile with?

    Please check.

I know possesive shouldn't be used with "amount" but I didn't have any other word on my mind.

Re: How much amount did you top-up your mobile with?

Write How much did you top up your mobile with? Note that you use a top-up to top up. Only the noun has a hyphen.

You could write What size coupon did you top up your mobile with?

Put a space after every punctuation mark that ends a sentence.
    I am not a teacher.

Re: How much amount did you top-up your mobile with?

In a previous thread, I told you that "How many number" (I think that's what you tried to use) in incorrect. Similarly, "How much amount ..." is incorrect. Just use "How much ...".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

It's not a question a native speaker would ask.
