    Hi,

    Are the following correct?

    a) Washing inside of the nose.
    b) Pouring water over the whole body.

    I can't see how "a" can work. Perhaps you meant "washing the inside of the nose."

    Doctors recommend washing inside of the nose with a saline solution to reduce swelling and remove mucus when fighting sinus infections.
