School is reopening / School will reopen

Are the below sentences grammatically correct?

    1. School will reopen tomorrow.
    2. School will be reopening tomorrow.
    3. School is reopening tomorrow onwards.

The third does not work. It will be open from tomorrow on. It re-opens on only one day.
