Please help me correct the following reply to a construction work. Thank you.

We recognize that an approval has been given for the temporary allocation of the government area to you up to 31.12.2017. Since there is no tree in vicinity of your proposed trial pit area at Zone A, our Engineering Division has no comment on your proposed work within our planting area and no objection to the trees transplantation arrangement at Zone B given that you are required to adhere to the general conditions and requirements for trenching works. Re-plantation of shrubs by your company is also required and we will only take over the maintenance of the shrubs and the trees following 12-month defect liability period and both the conditions of the shrubs and trees should be up to our satisfaction.

However, because of your construction proposal having initiated a long time ago, even though we have reviewed all your submitted documents and attempted to find out our previous records to justify the land concerned being managed by us, we are still unable to acquire any relevant information so far. As a result, we hope to be granted additional two weeks time to continue our search for clarifying the real management party of the land.
